Scheduled an appointment for my three cats to be seen individually. First up was Harley, who hid and was nowhere to be found so I brought Jada. Advised staff when I arrived about the switch and the staff were courteous and I was still seen promptly. I hadn’t had them to a vet in a while but there was no shaming like I’ve witnessed at other vets. Pricing was straightforward and quoted at the beginning of the appointment so there were no surprises, which was very helpful and much appreciated.
